One of our pillars in our long-term strategic plan is to Develop Staff Training and a Biblical Criteria for managing and supporting orphanages internationally. Fleshing out basic scriptural principles will allow training for those ministering in any cultural context. This will allow curriculum to be worked out for those working with children at-risk on an international basis. A side to this area will be the development of training material for churches to train child care staff to minister to at-risk children and provide support to at-risk families.
